Log in to the Seen Mobile App and go to Cards > Tap 'Card Settings.' > Select 'Report my card as lost or stolen.' Be sure to call us at 1-833-723-9336 to report any unauthorized transactions.
Review & update your address if necessary and select standard delivery. After you've completed these steps, your old physical card will be canceled. You will be able to use the card again only after you receive and activate your new physical card. Please note: You won't receive a new digital card in this process.
